CNC RFQ Contact Details: Information That Helps Coordinate an International Order

RFQ PREPARATION / CNC MACHINING INSIGHTS

A complete CNC RFQ contains more than a model and drawing. Clear contact and destination details help coordinate an international order while keeping the controlled technical package unchanged.

Keep technical and commercial information aligned

Send the current PDF drawing and model with the revision identifier, material, finish, quantity and critical notes. Then provide the contact person, destination and any packaging requirements in the same RFQ context.

Our revision-control guide explains how to keep the released files aligned.

State the destination early

Destination information helps frame international packaging and order coordination. It does not replace the need for controlled technical requirements. See our international packaging guide for RFQ details that should be confirmed.

Identify the decision contact

Provide a contact who can clarify drawing or commercial questions, and state the preferred communication channel. If the design changes, revise the controlled document rather than relying only on a message.

For inspection-related features, include the relevant expectations before production release; our inspection guide outlines what to include.

RFQ check: include the current drawing package, quantity, contact, destination, packaging context and any critical inspection notes together.

ExactMach coordinates drawing-defined CNC milling, CNC turning, prototypes and custom parts around Shenzhen and Dongguan for international orders.
